(note to Jasee--change this copy specific to workshops....), yoga, and stability ball classes for every level, each class is designed to strengthen and stretch the entire body.  Mindfulness and meditation cues are weaved throughout to leave you relaxed and rejuvenated.  All levels are welcome.

The focus of this class is to strengthen, stretch and breath. Traditional Pilates exercises focusing on the core, current rehabilitative exercises, stretching and weights are all taught. The goal is for your muscles to be stronger and leaner and your body to feel stretched, relaxed and rejuvenated.  Please bring mat and hand weights to class and wear loose comfortable clothing.

This Yoga class has all the parts of a traditional yoga class.  A comprehensive, balanced class with a steady flow, chanting at the beginning to unify the class, relaxation between poses, and guided instruction throughout.  At the end of class there is a guided deep relaxation, breathing exercises and a short meditation.  Beginners are welcome, options to make the asanas (poses) easier or more challenging will be given.
