Pilates exercises increase core strength and balance, and are perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Joseph Pilates developed a mind-body movement system that emphasizes core strength, breathing, and spinal alignment through controlled exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness for everyday health.

I focus on traditional Pilates exercises, rehabilitative exercises, stretching, and weights. Your mind will feel relaxed, and your body will be rejuvenated.

Pilates with Deep Relaxation

Mondays
6:15 pm – 7:30 pm

Pilates with additional deep relaxation, a guided visualization while lying down, which enhances calmness by relaxing the mind and entire body.

Classes are offered seasonally (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall), with 8-12 sessions per season.

Class level is adjusted for the range of fitness levels. Please bring a mat and hand weights and wear comfortable, loose clothing. A child-size ball or soccer ball is optional to bring but encouraged!

The class opens at 6 pm and starts promptly at 6:15 pm; I will stay 15 minutes after class to answer any questions.
