Meditation helps us transform our minds from negative to positive, disturbed to peaceful, and unhappy to happy. Once you learn how to meditate, you can enjoy this state throughout the day, not only while you are seated.

Meditation Offerings

Breathwork & Meditation Workshop

Tuesdays 7-8:30 pm and Thursdays 7:30-8:30 pm dates: 5/12, 5/14, 5/26, & 6/4

Location: Pacifica Community Center. Link will be posted in January-February for sign-ups.

  • Learn breathing practices that help settle the mind and support meditation

  • Explore meditation techniques that promote mental clarity and a sense of inner calm

  • Experience deep relaxation through guided visualization while lying down

  • Bring a mat and dress in layers for comfort

  • Optional: feel free to bring bolsters, eye/neck pillows, and blankets
