Meditation helps us transform our minds from negative to positive, disturbed to peaceful, and unhappy to happy. Once you learn how to meditate, you can enjoy this state throughout the day, not only while you are seated.

Breathwork & Meditation Workshop
Tuesdays 7-8:30 pm and Thursdays 7:30-8:30 pm dates: 5/12, 5/14, 5/26, & 6/4
